Draft pending owner and legal review. Entity and jurisdiction details are preserved from the previous site and editable in site settings.

These terms govern your use of marketalleys.com and its services (“MarketAlleys”), operated by the operator of MarketAlleys [legal entity name to be confirmed] ([registration number to be confirmed], [registered address to be confirmed]). By using MarketAlleys you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Information, not advice

MarketAlleys aims to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of its content but cannot guarantee it. Much of our content is financial in nature, but MarketAlleys is not a financial advisory service. All content — including news, data, technical signals, automated reports, Academy material and any third-party contributions — is for information only and is not investment advice or a recommendation. Views of authors and contributors are their own. If you need financial advice, consult a qualified professional. See our risk disclaimer.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used abusively.

3. MarketAlleys Pro

  • Pro is an optional paid subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Prices may change for future billing periods with prior notice.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Account → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Where consumer law gives you a right to cancel within a cooling-off period, you may exercise it by contacting us; by starting Pro immediately you acknowledge that access begins straight away.
  • Core news and analysis remain free; Pro adds convenience features that may evolve over time.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at scale, attempt to access other users’ data or admin areas, interfere with the service, circumvent rate limits, upload unlawful content, or use MarketAlleys to send spam. Reasonable personal use of RSS feeds is welcome.

5. Intellectual property

Content on MarketAlleys, including text, graphics, data presentations and the MarketAlleys name and logo, is owned by MarketAlleys or its licensors. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. Market data is licensed from third-party providers and may not be redistributed.

6. Submissions, press releases and advertising

If you submit a press release, sponsored content or advertising material, you confirm you have the rights to it and that it is accurate and lawful, and you grant us a licence to publish, edit for format and standards, and distribute it. We may decline or remove any submission. Advertisers are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to their products.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, advertisements or content linked from MarketAlleys. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MarketAlleys is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from reliance on information on the site, or for indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MarketAlleys and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your infringement of third-party rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email to account holders; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of London, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
